Our HIIT exercises will consist of Mat Pilates, Cardio-Intensive bodyweight exercises, yoga stretching and dancing during active recoveries. As your heart rate goes up, you can expect to sweat and burn fat like never before; it is one of the more trending styles of working out there is. For experienced athletes, Agni Pump is a great way to improve physical performance.
